Although much of our lives today are computer-centered, we have never lost sight of the fact that the critical eye of our highly-skilled and trained professionals remains an unsurpassed instrument of quality control.
Who We Are
Napco Composite Packaging Technology Ltd. (COMPACT) was established in Dammam, Saudi Arabia in 1997 as a division of Napco Modern Plastic Products Company. COMPACT is a member of INDEVCO Flexible Packaging, a division of INDEVCO Group.
We serve regional and multinational companies in a wide range of sectors including food and beverage, healthcare, industrial, personal and home care across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Our packaging films reinforce top brands with superior computerized color-matching and flexo or roto printing. Our mono-layer, prime-coated and laminated films, including aluminum, metalized, polyamide, EVOH and greaseproof structures that resist alkaline, alcohol-based solutions and other aggressive acidic ingredients.
Over the years, we have proven our dedication to quality, delivery and customer service. Stringent supplier evaluation procedures allow us to build long-term relationships with customers, such as Arla Foods, The Clorox Company, Nestlé, Pepsi Cola, Procter & Gamble, and Unilever.

Manufacturing Plant
Our plant engages in printing, lamination, coating and extrusion processes, while focusing on efficiency, hygiene, and the environment.
With one of the largest printing facilities in the region, our in-house pre-press unit produces conventional and digital plates, in line with design preparation, color separation and cromaline making.
Our team is highly-skilled in diverse, distinctive and high-quality flexographic and rotogravure printing using the latest technology and machinery.
Quality Management Systems
COMPACT integrates ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000 standards into its total quality management system.
We comply with quality management system requirements and continuously strive to improve our products and production processes.
COMPACT applies principles of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system, in order to identify, assess, and control hazards which occur in the food chain. Hazard control strategies combine pre-requisites and the company’s HACCP plan.
Further, COMPACT recognizes its role relative to other suppliers within the entire chain, which allows us to communicate effectively and deliver packaging products that are safe to end consumers.
